Updates to The Executive Function Roadmap for ADHD™ during beta testing. The newest changes appear first.
Data Studio: a new perk for Roadmap members
A dedicated workspace:Data Studio now has its own page for building reusable, printable data sheets. It uses no assessment licenses or AI report credits.
Built around the Roadmap: choose from all 400 items across Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, High School, and Adult. Domains become goal areas, with skill areas and source-item references attached to each objective.
Flexible paper formats: customize definitions and goals, task-analysis steps, frequency/tally columns, duration, latency, interval sampling, percent independence, anchored intensity, and ABC/context-note boxes.
Cleaner printouts: compact bordered rows pair the skill, objective, and goal with its data box. Short objectives fit together on one page; longer content wraps and paginates. Choose US Letter or A4 and an optional scoring guide.
Reusable templates and QR links: save generic setups to your account or download a template file. Member PDF downloads automatically include a unique setup QR on every page. Scanning a code requires sign-in and active membership; creators can revoke links.
Blank-sheet design only: participant details and completed observations are filled outside the website. Do not enter names, identifiers, observations, or health information in template fields or shared setups.
Included with active membership: paid plans, active free months, and grandfathered memberships qualify. New confirmed accounts receive one free calendar month, including 3 assessments and 1 AI report, with no billing details required. Data Studio is currently presented in English.
More languages for Roadmap
Korean, Italian, and Simplified Chinese join English, Spanish, and French. Choose your preferred language from the top menu before or after signing in, or in My profile. Your account remembers the choice.
Assessment questions, instructions, portal screens, and report labels follow your language. Korean and Chinese reports include fonts for their characters. Changing languages keeps your current answers, scores, licenses, and account session.
Roadmap for Life alumni benefits and language choices
Permanent alumni benefits: course alumni can use their private signup link to attach 50% off individual assessment licenses for life to their clinician account. New clinicians confirm their email; existing clinicians sign in. No coupon entry is required.
One subscription introduction: alumni may choose 50% off their first annual subscription or 25% off their first quarterly subscription. Choosing either uses the introductory offer; later renewals use standard pricing. Lifetime assessment pricing remains attached to the account.
Annual billing: Essential is $60 per year and Pro is $120 per year, with quarterly allowance resets. Alumni's first annual term is $30 for Essential or $60 for Pro. Standard quarterly prices remain $15 and $30.
Your preferred language: choose English, Español (México), Español (España), or Français from the top menu, including before signing in. Your account settings save the preference for future visits and other devices.
Translated Roadmap content: navigation, account screens, assessment instructions and items, report labels, billing guidance, and these update notes follow your selected language. Switching languages keeps your session and current answers. Names, identifiers, entered notes, links, scores, and license balances are preserved.
More comfortable layouts: improved card padding, button spacing, form alignment and dialogs across the portal and admin screens. Phone layouts keep the scoring guide compact and let ordinary page content scroll freely.
Quarterly plans, clearer pricing, and your clinician profile
Clinician activity and perks: administrators can search clinicians or open a name/email to see membership, purchases, balances and recorded account activity, and grant audited one-time licenses, AI credits or free months.
Free month for new accounts: existing accounts retain lifetime free Founder or verified Educator membership. New confirmed accounts get one free calendar month with 3 assessments and 1 AI report, no billing details required. Refer a new clinician to earn an additional free month after they confirm their email. Purchased one-time licenses and AI credits remain independent of membership.
Founder plan and easier navigation: the first free plan is now called Founder. A left navigation bar connects your plan, assessments, AI reports, profile, and admin tools.
Admin insights and educator requests: view AI generation totals and first paid subscription conversions by month. New educator requests show the profile name and email and notify the administrator. Confirmed school emails at approved districts qualify automatically, including Massachusetts district subdomains under k12.ma.us.
More flexibility with quarterly allowances: Founder includes 3 assessments per quarter and 1 lifetime AI report. Verified Educators receive 6 assessments per quarter and a total of 2 lifetime AI reports. Your portal shows your remaining allowance and next reset.
A clearer plan comparison: plans now appear across the columns, with features down the rows, calmer blue styling, and more breathing room before Your Next Step.
Pricing in the header: hover over Pricing, or tap or click it, to compare assessment packs and quarterly memberships. Essential is listed at $15 per quarter for 15 assessments and 2 AI reports; Pro is $30 per quarter for 30 assessments and 4 AI reports. Paid checkout appears when available.
School domain approval: after an administrator verifies and approves a school email domain, current and future accounts with a confirmed email at that exact domain automatically qualify for Educator access. Individual verification remains available. Approval does not verify a professional license or credential.
My profile: update your name, request an email change, or change your password from the header. Email changes use confirmation; educator eligibility follows your confirmed email address.
Your existing access stays yours: purchased licenses, AI credits, referral rewards, and valid codes continue to work. See the updated license, renewal and refund policy for the differences between packs and memberships.
A smoother start with Roadmap
We fixed an issue that could get in the way of signing in and getting started with your free assessment code. Creating an account now includes clearer password guidance, and email confirmation brings you back to your clinician portal. If you had trouble before, please try again. You can also request a new confirmation email or reset your password from the sign-in page.
Help when you need it
The new AI support agent is available after you sign in to help with assessment instructions, scoring questions, and navigating Roadmap. It starts closed with a small “I’m here to help!” greeting. When your account has a saved name, the greeting uses your first name; otherwise, it says “Hi there!” Click the bubble or help button to open the agent, or dismiss the greeting.
The support control now sits higher above the footer. For support, describe the screen or issue without sharing client-identifying information. The agent provides product guidance and does not replace clinical judgment.
Review and email product feedback
Tell the support agent about a product issue or suggestion, then ask it to prepare feedback for Ryan. A review form lets you edit the summary and remove any client information before selecting Send feedback. You can optionally include your signed-in account email so Ryan can reply.
Feedback goes to [email protected]. Your assessment and conversation transcript are not attached. The portal shows the submission result, and duplicate-send protection helps prevent repeated emails.
Consultation booking through Google Calendar
The support agent now directs you to Ryan’s live Google booking page ↗ instead of suggesting appointment times or booking directly. Choose from the available times on that page and check the displayed time zone before confirming your appointment.
You can also use Contact in the footer to find Ryan’s email, phone number, and embedded booking calendar.
A more compact learning and resources area
Browse training, workshops, free ADHD tools, practice resources, BehaviorLive CEUs, and microcredentials in the portal’s resource carousel. The updated layout uses less vertical space, smaller square artwork, and clearer icons. Social sharing buttons also use recognizable platform icons with labels on hover.
Share your referral link on social media
Find Share with your network in your clinician portal for LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky, Twitter/X, and Reddit sharing options. Copy a suggested post with your personal referral link, or use the Instagram caption option with instructions for adding your link to your bio or a Story. You review and publish each post yourself.
When a new clinician signs up through your link and confirms their email, you each receive one full assessment to use within 30 days.
Invitation conversion trends for admins
The admin portal now tracks how many emailed one-time assessment codes are associated with an account, have been redeemed, and have led to a completed assessment. Compare all three in a cumulative line chart, grouped by day, week, month, quarter, or year. Switch between percentages and counts, or expand the chart data for exact values.
All-time totals include tracked emailed codes only. Earlier invitations can be recovered from available email history. Historical completions without recorded dates remain in the totals but are excluded from the trend lines; new completion dates are now recorded. No client responses or reports are collected for these metrics.
Recent clinician signups at a glance
Admins can see recent clinicians’ names when provided, email addresses, signup dates, confirmation status, and recorded clinician referral sources. Expand the list to view more signups.
Optional AI treatment guides
Use a completed Roadmap assessment to generate a proposed treatment guide with goals, recommendations, resources, caregiver guidance, and data sheets. Review and revise your draft, then download it as a PDF or Word document. These guides provide a starting point and do not replace clinical judgment or expertise.
Flexible AI report packages
Purchase 1, 5, 10, or 15 AI reports. Packages of 5, 10, and 15 include savings of 5%, 10%, and 15%, respectively. Assessment licenses are purchased separately.
An easier-to-navigate clinician portal
Separate Assessments and AI Reports tabs, a personalized “Your next step” card, and a guided walkthrough help you find what you need. Your assessment licenses now appear before purchasing options. Select Show me around to reopen the walkthrough anytime.
Simpler code redemption and report downloads
Use Redeem a code for complimentary assessment or AI report codes. Clearer completion steps guide you through saving your assessment, creating an optional AI guide, and reviewing and downloading it. We also fixed an issue affecting AI report Word downloads.
Share Roadmap with colleagues
Generate a formatted referral email from your clinician portal, and explore the Breakthrough ADHD training linked from the dashboard. The admin portal can prepare a free assessment code for a named recipient; automatic delivery becomes available when the email sender is configured.
Monthly returning purchasers
The admin sales dashboard now shows how many clinicians purchased again after their first paid month, with a 12-month history.
More assessment options
Added 80-item Preschool and Adult assessments alongside the school-age forms.
Added reports for these assessments, with domain scoring and physical and social safety flags.
Added the BETA label in the portal header and a “Give Us Feedback” link in the footer.
Preview the report
Added a demo report so you can see the report format before completing a full assessment.
